My new book Spirit of Africa available from October 2024

I am so fortunate to have spent 20 years photographing and writing about Africa’s wilderness, and her beautiful people. So I’m happy to present my new book Spirit of Africa, featuring many of my favourite images.

Spirit of Africa is a book about falling in love with the infinite beauty and wonder of Africa’s wilderness – and the human spirit. It is a book about feeling truly alive, and how wild Africa taught me to be effortlessly immersed in the present moment.

I write about the profound impact of wild Africa on my beliefs and thinking, even my dreams.

African wilderness continues to be the most inspiring force in my life. I hope my photos and words in Spirit of Africa inspire you to experience wild Africa for yourself, so you too can fall in love with her beauty and wonder – and stand up for her protection.
